Hard parkrun yesterday then evening or in London = not enough in the tank today. Got round, but struggling from about mile 9 when I had the wind in my teeth. Remembered my door keys, but unfortunately not until 15 miles in, so currently drinking coffee in Costa white I wait to be let in :) not done that for over 15 years, so could be worse!
