Notes & Comments

Ride into town. Stopped at end of 1st mile because a woman, who had given me a lift to volunteer at Parkrun 5 years ago when I was recovering from a bike crash, recognised me and we had a brief chat.

Not sure what to make of the high HR. It was normal immediately before I started, I didn't have any chest sensations, and when I finger checked my pulse while riding it didn't feel that high. HR back to normal when I got home. Connection problem?
