KHL 5k race at Newmarket.

Strong wind of earlier in the day had eased.

Didn't run to HR but feel, not racing. Took 1st km very comfortably to see how I was. Fine, so I made a bit of an effort and ran at a comfortable pace and HR.

2) 0.62m - 6:00(9:39/m) 130/134bpm 60cal 6.21/6.84mph

Yes, it is :-). The foot/heel was fine during the race, but hurt a little driving home. Now back home it feels alright.
