Yoga for when you are sore. NOt sure about about this one. YOu are on one leg for a LONG time which is not so good for my ankles, and is a bit boring as I can't do the advanced poses.

:) For me, "Yoga for when you are sore" tends to be go straight to Savasana ;)

Yes. Exactly. I was looking for Yoga for stiffness and this was the best. Everything is stiff, not sore really.

My ankles also struggle with the one leg poses it is hard to know whether I’m building u strength or injury
