Edinburgh Marathon - start very cool and foggy. Manage to do the 1st 2miles without stop but them I started the strategic that I decided previously of doing 1mile running 1 minute walking. Took ibrufen before the start, paracetamol 2h after, didn't had pains apart of the normal tiredness. Took half gel when they give, 3 times, and a nice ice lolly at mile 23 that a took my time to enjoy. very happy with the time
