Was going to join KRR on Wed trail run after work, but... 5.55 train, didn't change into running gear before I left, so 6.35 at house, bit tight to get to Falkland for 7. So just went from house. Nice anyway. Tried to see if farm road west of Hill of Beath went anywhere but it petered out before Halbeath Park and Ride, so just went back through fields to get back onto farm road and normal route home. Very slow and ploddy but 4 days run out of 4 this week already! Will have one rest then parkrun and Sun run will make it 6 from 7. Trying to find yoga and/or Pilates class possibly in Edinburgh, but really don't want to spend 80 quid for block of 10 when I already pay for gym membership. Maybe I should just go at 8pm at gym and get my money's worth?!
