Just realised that Fetch's training log view doesn't show intervals as recorded any more. That's not much use. It's in the Garmin data below. Anyway, I'll do feed back. So this was 6 x 800m but I only did 4 because I wanted to be cautious. Started with 3:17, then 3:07, 3:06 and 3:04, I think. Last pause didn't work properly, honest! Felt very lethargic on way out (slightly uphill and into wind?) But nice on return with wind behind. Always finished a bit quicker, as per usual. A bit behind Jillian G and Paul A, but with them by the end. OK for first intervals for 7 or 8 months and first quicker than 8 min miles for 6 months and last half marathon, probably! Was in the X-talons cos I thought we were doing laps of park on grass. But they were fine, even on tarmac. Bit before, bit after makes a good 6 miles? Nice for a Tue night! Kinross is nice too. Great club. Turn out of maybe 20 and apparently that's low. Proper shouting out times at you etc. by Sarah H. Lots of people around my pace (and quicker!) to push with, should I want. So Yay! to club intervals. Won't do much more before Edinburgh mara now, but good for summer into autumn, hopefully. G
