How does Corrah manage to comment on my training before I've seen it?! I uploaded at 7:43 and viewed it at 7:45 and Corrah had already commented? Well, thanks anyway hun!

What a beautiful fun. Wanted to try and get to first Kinross RR midweek evening trail run. Left desk 5.30, on road 5.50 got there at 6.30. Road was surprisingly clearer than normal! So went to shop to buy some snacks! Folk started gathering at about 10 to 7 and by 7 there must have been 25 or more there. Impressive turn out. I knew about 6 or 7 folk - _andy, who is why I have joined, fast Jillian, then Norman, Alison I ran with on Sunday and a couple of other folk I've spoken to. But those I didn't know were all very friendly and introduced themselves - Peter, Alistair, Fiona and her daughter Jodie, Karen and pal, and Sheila (or Shelagh?) partner of Steven Sinclair who I met at East Neuk 10K!

Anyway, I would prob not be able to retrace the route, but it was across road at Crook of Devon, along riverside, a farm road, a wooded trail, lambs, sheep, deer, green shoots of spring and late evening sunshine on the hill tops. Chill in the air, but warmth in the sun and just a gorgeous location and evening. Back through the glen, river rapids and waterfalls of the aptly named Rumbling Bridge. Stunning.

I will def try and get to more of these! :-) G
