Andover parkrun to Hurstbourne Tarrant
Quadruple Whammy 3 of 4
Jane, James, Jeremy and I tottered off up towards HBT, hoping to get there in time for the pre-race photo with all of us in our previous HBT5 shirts. In the event, we even missed the start by almost 5 minutes.
Anyway, the route was, once off the roads, rather wet - crossing the field of rape was slippy and frustrating, even though someone had been over it with a tractor to make a bit of a path.
Lovely bluebells in the woods at the end of the rape field.
Not so lovely wet mud in the woods at the top of the hill over HBT. The hill we'd be climbing then running around later. Just saying.
