Foam roller at gym. Did 6 mins on spin bike but could only manage level 4, legs v tired! Bit of light weights and did my sit ups and plank and side planks and stretches. Calves tender, ham and ITB on right too. But hopefully fine by end of week? Walking before the marathon was 20000 steps on Sat (expo etc.) and even Mon was 11000!
