Not body pump because collecting Mum to take to airport next day and it would be too late. So just 45 mins of my own stuff. Foam roller, stretches, sit ups, plank, side planks, wobble board press ups, single leg arm curls, and did the calf drops, just gentle 2 x 10. Think it should help Achilles and calf? :-) G
