After the morning's jog high HR, I thought that I would, rarely, use the Garmin on the bike to check the HR.

Unfortunately, the coat cuff obscured the Garmin a lot of the time so I misjudged the HR.

To Newmarket Rd for shopping, home for lunch, then to gym.
