Awful.
HR was high and after 1st 2 miles it would only go below 150 if I went at 14mm or slower.

Misty and I felt cold because I was moving so slowly, and had a bad Raynaud's attack.

This was supposed to be 6 miles but I cut it short.

5) 1m - 13:59(13:59/m) 160/166bpm 131cal 4.29/5.23mph I gave up trying to keep the HR below 150 because I was so cold and wanted to get home.

I've tried to - if I can't have it, you may as well :-p. I thought the weather wasn't too bad, about 10C although a b it breeze probably against you on the way back. You'll have to find a big person to shelter behind ;-).
