Awful.
HR was high and after 1st 2 miles it would only go below 150 if I went at 14mm or slower.
Misty and I felt cold because I was moving so slowly, and had a bad Raynaud's attack.
This was supposed to be 6 miles but I cut it short.
1) 1m - 11:08(11:08/m) 141/155bpm 79cal 5.39/6.92mph
2) 1m - 13:03(13:03/m) 149/164bpm 116cal 4.6/6.23mph
3) 1m - 14:14(14:15/m) 149/154bpm 136cal 4.21/6.09mph
4) 1m - 14:13(14:14/m) 149/162bpm 113cal 4.22/5.74mph
5) 1m - 13:59(13:59/m) 160/166bpm 131cal 4.29/5.23mph I gave up trying to keep the HR below 150 because I was so cold and wanted to get home.

Oh blimey a high HR straight away today then. Have you sent your speed my way? I may need that for Sunday. The weather doesn't look promising.
I've tried to - if I can't have it, you may as well :-p. I thought the weather wasn't too bad, about 10C although a b it breeze probably against you on the way back. You'll have to find a big person to shelter behind ;-).
