Excruciatingly slow. Due to a very busy day yesterday making the most of the sunshine, plus a very hard Pilates session which made my bum ache this morning, I was extremely weary. At least it meant the HR stayed low :-).

I stayed on trails as much as possible in case I tripped up in my weary state.
