What? Two miles beginning with a 9?! Then the pace reverted to the recent "normal" but with the same HR as the 2nd and 3rd miles. Shows just how erratic my HR is now. At least I can still jog :-).
To IVC and 4 laps of the playing fields.
By far the quickest 5 miles I've done recently, but I'm not trying to get faster. If I have slower ones, that's OK. What did I write yesterday about today probably being about 11mm? What do I know?
