Enigma Week at the Knees Day 7: 3:51:03 Pos: 7/47

Right chuffed with this. Given that last weekend I felt like death, and this morning we were warned off against racing this event due to ice and snow, I would say that I pretty much smashed this.

It was my first 10 miles and the second 10 miles that nailed this. (1:26 at 10 and 2:53 at 20).

The only negative was the last lap, where I pretty much felt that I'd shot my bolt. I was absolutely knackered from 24 miles and the last mile cost be a sub 3:51.

Pleased to run "back to back" sub 4's across consecutive weekends.
