PROGRESSIVE SESSION - Should have been 24 mins at MP, then 18, 12, 6 & 3 mins faster with 3mins recovery.

Really hard work from the start. Not sure if it was due to sitting a lot today, but HR was higher than MP HR should be.

Head wasn’t in a great place as GPS lost time on parts of the laps which made even pacing harder.

Thought I had stopped early from 18 mins to 15 mins but was actually 17 mins. Just couldn’t go any faster, despite running hard.

Not overly happy with the run as just couldn’t go faster on my own over those distances.

When starting on the 12 mins my legs just wouldn’t go faster and then my stomach started to have issues. Tried one more lap and then ran back to the car, having to stop a few times to clench.
