Random gym. 25 min spin bike (cos I was watching women's 6 nations - great to watch), then foam roller and stretches, sit ups, plank, side planks, wobble board raises, press, curls, then machine push down, pec deck (cos twit on chest press was yacking to his mate) then home for tea! Good to roll out any niggles. Calf seems fine.
