Curls: 8/8/8 @ 7.5kg each side.
3 x 60 basic crunches to space sets.
Narrow presses: 8/8/10 @ 26kg.
3 x (2x40) side doodahs with 8kg dumbbell to space sets.
Wide presses: 12/10/10 @ 24kg.
3 x (2x30) U&D to space sets.
Lateral raises: 12/12/15 with 2kg dumbbells.
3 x 20 lower abdominal crunches to space sets - going to pieces by the final 20.
Quite a strong session. Pleased with that :)
