Yup! Wasn't risking a slip taking me out of this weekend's half. I talked a friend at work out of cycling home - she's doing a test on Dartmoor this weekend for an Arctic trip. Picked a good weekend for that! The splits were where the treadmill said miles 1, 2 and 3 and 5km, then I slowed down and rounded it up to 3.5 miles :)

Ah. That all makes sense. I left the bike at home today but did see a few, erm, brave souls on hire bikes.
