Sunday sweat and strength! 60 mins spin bike, 5 intervals of 6-10 resistance x 1 min. Saw 190 bpm HR, but might have been wrong, maybe 170? Anyway, good sweat, heavy breathing, heart going, legs tiring. All good! Watched end of winter olympics. Great motivation. Then swapped shirts, and did bit of floor work - foam roller, leg stretches, sit ups, planks, wobble board press ups, shoulder raises and curls. Hop test 2 x 20 and didn't feel too bad. But could def feel it by end Tried a couple of run starts. Still sore. So, no treadmill run. No point. 1 more week. Not too disappointed. It's been 4 weeks. I'll take a 5th! Looking forward to skiing this week! Got touring skis from Craigdon in Perth. It's going to snow this week, so mght even get to try on Hill of Beath at home! :-) G
