ABORTED LONG RUN - Should have been 16 easy miles.

Had been at hospital with Steve again, less than 4hourse sleep and had nothing in my legs. They felt tired, ankles, achilles and calves especially tired and achy.

I just felt totally out of sorts so cut the run short.
