CLUB RUN PLUS 7.5m BEFORE - MANOR ROAD ROUTE

Ran easy-comfortable pace for the first 7.5 solo miles then ran on front of fast group for club run.

Ran hard down Manor Road in 5.02 pace and then 5.12 pace. Was really hard work and couldn’t keep up with Andy Peet.
