Longparish 10k

Sunday's run was characterised by Katie―who claimed not to have run much for ages―dashing off into the far distance with Ian and his bad knees in hot pursuit. It didn't help that I kept stopping to talk to people on the way round.

The cough ain't gone off.

That was a run I was quite pleased to have behind me. The good news was that Katie was chuffed with her run and Ian's recently-dodgy hamstring didn't give him any grief.
