Good - getting into a routine now. The fast pieces are definitely still hard though. No chance of extending them timewise.

The daily mile has been good. There are no 'rest days' as it's only a mile so I don't get the little thrill of 'yay! it's a rest day' which disrupts the habit formation. At the beginning I dreaded getting on the mill. Will it be excruciatingly hard again or will it just be purgatory? Oh god how long can 13 minutes feel! Thank God that's over for another day. Now - it's just something I do. Parts are hard (the fast piece) but the rest is, well, ok. Just something I do. Like flossing!

Heart rate is down again to 59 which is good. Bad is that weight is up to an all time high. February can't come soon enough.
