Came back up park run hill and via trail route to buriton doing 3 min run 1 min walk. Will prob drop to 2.5 run it was long enough to practice being a bit bouncier but my heart rate wasn’t getting back under 130 so well on the walk. Downhill really got my hr up I was afraid of sliding
