Run whilst DS2 was at football. Cold but dry. Very erratic splits. Knees achey on drive home - they don't like getting cold so maybe I should wear leggings rather than shorts.
(Just checked route log and this is the fastest I have ever run this circuit - wahay! :-))

Nice work on being speedy and yes, you should wear long things. Apparently it is important to keep the muscles warm.
It usually has to be really cold for me to wear leggings. It is post run that my knees complain. Maybe I need to rethink apparel
