Wanted to do something other than walking, and didn't think it would be wise to run on the treadmill with a lightly crocked calf.
Curls: 8/8/8 @ 7.5kg each side.
3 x 60 basic crunches to space sets.
Narrow presses: 8/8/8 @ 24.5kg.
3 x (2x35) side kettlebells to space sets.
Wide presses: 12/12/10 @ 23kg.
3 x (2x30) U&Ds + heart rate recoveries to space sets.
8 lateral raises with 4kg dumbbells; stopped when I couldn't get to 90 degrees.
