Plan was for 15 miles @8:45 with a HR range of 137-155. Puzzlingly, my HR was virtually at its pre-health problem level
and the average HR was only 138!
First 3 miles were frosty and a little slippery. Once I was off the frost and onto the river towpath I sped up even though I was against a light breeze.
