10 min spin bike, worked a bit harder. Then 50 min gym. Bit tired, just work or low fuel? Did foam roller, leg stretches, sit ups, planks, wobble board (no press ups) raises, presses, curls, machine press, pull down, push down. No sauna, home for tea. Pizza that S had put on. Fanks hun! x Still too much choccie being consumed! 74kg is not good! Will run Friday and Sun and hopefully that's back to normalish? :-) G
