No, I haven't hit the wrong button, I didn't go for a walk this morning because I'm not at work and it's pouring with rain.
Curls: 7/7/6 @ 7.5kg.
3 x 50 basic crunches to space sets.
Narrow presses: 10/10/9 @ 24kg.
3 x (2x30) side kettlebells to space sets.
Wide presses: 10/10/10 @ 23kg.
3 x 15 squats with 2kg dumbbells to space sets.
Body was a bit, "WTF time of day do you call THIS?" It's accustomed to having had a full day's moving and eating before being confronted with the sticks and discs. Shake it up a bit, eh?
