Definitely felt an improvement! Legs less tired, running felt easy and walking was less of a ‘must do’! Passed a few pals who all wanted to stop for a blather, so was a little late home.
Wondering if I should extend my long run now? I’m off to Edinburgh at the end of this week, so I’ll be waking a lot more too.
