Notes & Comments

A bit short of time for training, so experimented with the treadmill a bit - figured 5km was better than nothing!

Good ‘quality’ run - quite high energy and enjoyable. Pleased with the way I felt throughout (not too tired).

Still on holiday, so managed a good stretching session in the evening too. Knee is fine.

Have opted to keep moving in some capacity this week, as my training schedule has been a been random due to weather and the festivities.

Planning my return to Edinburgh. I head off on 3rd Jan and will be in town until 19th Jan (then back to Orkney for the weekend). This will allow me to regain some focus and plan training. New job start on 8th Jan but shouldn’t be too stressful.
