I think you hit the nail on the head with that run, spot on Flatlander.
Thanks FF. That's the benefit of adjusting a run to fit what I'm capable of rather than blindly following the schedule and overdoing it:-).
Are you training for a 3:30 at Boston in April?
Yes, possibly 3:25 for automatic qualification for Berlin, but that'll be a tough ask.
