CLUB RUN - VICTORIA PARK ROUTE

Ran at front for most of the run and pushed hard on a couple of hills on the way back up Welford Road.

Felt hard work but I did push hard in places. HR readings were weird again as wasn't that hard and I slowed right down at the end.
