Finally managed to get my run in the Regents Canal.
I think I may have misjudged my morning injection as this was tougher than it should have been. Started out at with a blood level of 10.9 but after 4.56 miles and 46 minutes of running BL was 5.6. My Blood sugar level can really drop when I'm exercising and I felt it today. It was still a nice run though. Bit Cold
