Not so good as last week. Headed out not to beat last week's time, but to try and coast at 7:50ish, and feel strong at the end. Bit frustrated therefore with the display on Suunto Spartan - can't find an option that gives me a clear idea of my split pace (even after .9 of a mile, it's still jumping round) so pacing is difficult. Clung on somehow, and managed to reach 8min/mi for the last mile with a *lot* of effort required. Ah well.
