1 pensavo che il lavoro di allungamento desse mangior fluidita alla azione della corsa
2 ma i primi km sono un po duri anche se il ritmo non è male rispetto al solito
3 il giro è sempre bello e cmq duro alla fine contento perche sono sceso sotto i 5 di media
