Curls: 12/10/8 @ 6.5kg each side.
Narrow presses: 9/8/6 @ 24.5kg.
Wide presses: 9/9/7 @ 23kg.
Same spacers as last time. No squats as my sartorii are still a little sore.
I noticed that, having run hard earlier today, I was wobbly on the U&Ds when leading with my left foot, whereas right foot first was solid.
