Notes & Comments

The continuing travel and training experiment. This time a run to the old gym, Norton, 3.5 miles from work. Then Pilates, then run back to get train. Run back was a bit of a panic because wasn't sure how long it would take me. In the end I did a sub 25 min 5k! I don't think that's a great way to do it. Changed at work, so no suit for the morning. Train in I had to park at a further away car park and it took quite a while to walk to it. Half mile? Apparently bridge speed limit has increased to 50 and it's flowing better. Hmmm. Need to keep experimenting. Pilates was nice - everyone was very sweet and sad that I was leaving. :-) G
