In case I'm too tired tomorrow night.
Curls: 12/10/9 @ 6.25kg each side.
Spaced with 3 sets of 40 simple crunches.
Narrow presses: 7/7/7 @ 24.5kg.
Spaced with 3 x (2x30) side kettlebell doodahs.
Wide presses: 12/10/9 @ 22kg.
Spaced with 15/20/25 bodyweight squats.
If I get away with that, I'll add dumbbells to the squats next time.
