Have evolved a stretchy bendy flowy routine involving planky bits and down dog extra additions to a sort of Sun Salutation. Finish each with pigeon so done twice once for each leg. Trick will be to remember how it works next time and stick to this - hopefully increasing the plank holds to something that might be beneficial to wobbly core.
