Picked 53 minutes but wanted to make sure I wasn't caught by the 52 minute starters so set off hard.

Have been given 49:31 on the results but not sure that's right - however I've checked other people's results against their strava times and all seems correct.

First 10k under 50 minutes since 2013 (but it's not a distance I run often enough really).
