Ian, Jeremy and I met Jacqui and proceeded to run once round the village on what might be called the "L2SOTM+ route".

It was a lovely, sunny start to the morning spent, in part, in mulling over plans and preparations for the Athens marathon which now looks unreasonably close.

It's probably too late to start training.
