This was meant to be a tempo run but as soon as I started I felt tired. Interesting that my HR was high immediately and took a while to settle. I suspect that might be because I'm still recovering form Sunday's 10 miles? Whatever, it was a lovely morning and it was 3 miles closer to 700!
