Easy run from my hotel to Drinkwater and Philips Parks.

Felt really good tonight despite tweaking my groin at Pilates yesterday. I was flowing along with a really easy stride and feeling tall (I always know I'm good when I feel tall....bit weird).

Had to hold myself back and felt as though I could easily run 10 mins quicker.

Very windy as we've got the back end of some hurricane called Ophelia.
