Despite the sometimes helpful wind and a generally downwards gradient a summer of low miles with some attempts at speedy stuff has left this exactly where it was back 25th May (0.67 miles 9.01 pace for the 6 mins)
- I am a few lbs heavier and I'm tailend of a cold, so maybe not too disappointed.
