A pacier run today in my new Brooks Ghosts.

I decided that I wanted an 8:40 pace controlled and comfortable effort to test out how the groin is and whether I've got sufficient fitness emerging to try and race Chelmsford next weekend.

As it turned out, the pace was all over the place, the groin ached and the HR was way too high. It wasn't ideal.
