Spending this week following the 1st week of TAO half marathon plan as it's all assessments and I want to see where the bot thinks I am.
Today is perceived effort - 10 mins easy pace and 21 minutes " natural pace" - which was a bit up and down depending on number of tractors to dodge and ground underfoot - and also subconsciously speeding up to be at home for the 2 minute HR recovery standing bit.
Good to remind legs that they don't need to keep taking walk breaks too - possibly longest continual run since parkrun back in the early summer?????
