Probably not an ideal time for me to do weights, but I wanted to be well rested without kiboshing the remainder of a Sunday.
Curls: 10/9/8 @ 6.5kg each side.
Narrow presses: 6/6/6 @ 24kg.
Wide presses: 8/8/8 @ 22kg.

Three sets each of basic crunches, side kettlebell doodahs, and uppies and downies to space lifting sets. The U&D left me needing extra recovery time because my heart rate went up so much.
